Job Description Are you ready to take charge of antigen and vaccine manufacturing at our Milton Keynes site? As the Production IPT Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring our operations meet the highest GMP standards and align with company policies. What you will do: Drive Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality regulations while managing manufacturing processes to meet GMP requirements and audit standards.

Lead with Impact:

Own the success of the Production IPT by overseeing people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Plan Strategically: Accountable for finite scheduling of production activities, schedule adherence as well as downtime tracking in order to drive problem solving in order to avoid repeated downtime for same issue.

Accountable for the proactive supply risk assessment through use of site and enterprise risk assessment methodologies for all aspects of supply.

Develop Talent:

Accountable for the strategic development of first line leaders to ensure these leaders are equipped with the right support, tools and competencies in order to effectively lead their team and drive the value stream.

Embrace Continuous Improvement through MPS tools:

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, driving productivity and customer satisfaction at all levels.

Safety First:

Promote a robust safety culture within your team, ensuring compliance with all EHS guidelines and conducting regular Gemba walk-throughs.

Quality Assurance:

Champion GMP compliance by promptly addressing deviations and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

What We’re Looking For: A proven leader with significant industry experience, including experience in ERP, SAP, or MRP environments.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharma industry including manufacturing operations experience.

Strong background in large-scale bacterial fermentation and downstream processing.

Expertise in change management, technical oversight, and risk management.

Possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, inspire and influence at all levels across site and promotes sustainable empowerment through transparent team communications.

Demonstrated ability to lead both direct and indirect reports fostering effective collaboration and achieving business objectives.

Demonstrated application of culture and business change methodologies (CEM, Inclusion and BCCM) when realizing site and cross functional process improvement initiatives.
