Gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Lead in Paignton for market leading company who are committed to providing the best safety products for their customers. As a Production Lead you will be required to drive and lead the production team to optimize the processes and procedures to deliver a first-class experience across all products. Duties: -Prioritise build plans -Delegating builds across to the production team -Keep the ERP system up to date -Attend production meetings -Motivate, direct and coach staff -Monitor performance and any disciplinary actions The successful candidate will have: -Proven work experience within Production/Manufacturing at supervisor or team leader level -Excellent communication and organisational skills -Use of stock management systems -Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement 40 hours per week Monday to Friday £30,000 PA + incentive bonus 25 holidays + BH
