You are a highly organised live event professional with at least 5 years experience working in the industry. You are used to owning and delivering multiple small to medium projects or large campaigns from initial brief through to budget reconciliation and measurement reporting. You have the ability manage profitable budgets and are comfortable in front of clients, whilst keeping the agency leadership team informed throughout. You are curious, creative, intuitive, passionate and actively seek out new and interesting ways and technology to champion live experiences. Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects and client relationships Liase with internal colleagues and external suppliers to produce campaigns to the highest standard possible, always looking for smart ways to find solutions to problems Ability to work to deadlines / under pressure Ensuring projects run to time and on budget, communicating timings effectively both internally and to clients, ensuring all key milestones are hit Project team management Excellent verbal and written communication Supplier sourcing and management Document creation and management Input into creative responses and lead pitches Organise and manage briefings (internally and externally) Proficient in Office/G-Suite/Procim Assist with crew logistics for on-site and general travel Assist with venue sourcing and management The successful candidate will:
