ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you will have complete autonomy over Production in what will be a fairly hands-on environment although the company is at the forefront of its sector in terms of technology and machinery. You will manage a team of around 190 staff, including Team Leaders and Operators and you will be tasked with the successful management of KPIs both in terms of output as well as strategically. You will be part of the Management team, liaising closely with other departments such as Technical and Supply Chain.
CANDIDATE
You will be a driven individual with a proven track record leading teams within Food Production. Short-shelf-life experience is essential. You will have strong leadership skills. If you are looking to join a stable business with further progression potential, look no further.
HOURS OF WORK
2 shifts, rotating on a 2-week basis, 07.00 - 16.00 and 23.00 - 07.00, both are Monday to Friday.
