Support and develop the production team while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with design teams to provide accurate production timings for customer quotes. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
What You'll Bring: Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proven experience in box-build manufacturing, electronic components, and test equipment. Knowledge of industry standards like IPC-J-STD-001 and ISO9001. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems.
