This role is 100% office based and you must live within a commutable distance of Bordon. The role does NOT offer sponsorship and so if you require sponsorship now or in the future, this role will not be suitable. Responsibilities of the Production Manager: Drive process optimisation and process modernisation. Oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead the production team to meet targets. Analyse production data to develop and execute strategies to optimise factory operations. Apply continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Supervise, mentor and develop production staff. Improve through-hole electronics manufacturing processes. Cost reduction, quality improvement and capacity expansion. Monitor yield, cycle time and overall equipment effectiveness. Requirements for a successful Production Manager: HND/degree or equivalent in Electronics and experience working with high-power products at Board Level is essential. Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a production or manufacturing leadership role in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large teams of 50+ employees. Experience in lean manufacturing, and working in quality-driven environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organised with attention to detail. Key Skills:
