Leadership:

Lead and manage a multi-discipline production team, setting clear goals and ensuring the team meets the KPI’s as set by the business. Production Management:

Oversee the daily operations of CNC engraving, machining, and screen printing processes, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency. Quality Control:

Implement and manage COSHH regulations to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement production strategies that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring:

Regularly monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure production targets are met and identify areas for improvement. Resource Management:

Efficiently manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimise production flow. HR Responsibilities:

Handle HR duties within the production team, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee relations. Health and Safety:

Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, promoting a culture of safety within the team. Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve any production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Communication:

Maintain clear and open communication channels with the team and senior management, providing regular updates on production status. Skills and Qualifications:

Engineering Qualification:

A relevant qualification in engineering is essential. Experience:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in production management within a similar environment. Driving Licence:

A full UK Driving Licence is required. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CNC engraving/machining and screen printing is highly desirable. Leadership:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Attention to Detail:

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Communication:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Salary: £45k to £55k (depending on experience) Benefits:
