Job Description: As a Production Manager, you will oversee operations across three areas, ensuring efficient delivery of business targets, including output, quality, cost, compliance, health and safety, and team management. You will play a pivotal role in driving improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Key Responsibilities include: * Safety: Promote and enforce a culture of exemplary safety standards and compliance. * People Management: Lead, motivate, and engage a team of supervisors and production staff. Deliver regular team briefings, manage absence protocols, and provide training. * Output: Monitor and plan to meet hourly, daily, and weekly production targets while adjusting for challenges. * Compliance: Conduct routine audits and ensure adherence to ISO and company standards. * Cost Management: Control production area costs, including headcount, overtime, and material waste. * Quality: Ensure consistent product quality and address any deviations promptly. * Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize processes and enhance reliability.
