come in? The site needs a leader. You will have responsibility for one of the two business units on site and a team of 4 direct reports, with a production workforce underneath. There is enormous development potential available too for the right person. We need a through-and-through Production Manager. Someone who galvanizes the shop floor. Someone who doesn't want to spend all day in their office looking at a screen. Someone who wants to be out in the factory; leading, motivating, setting standards & smashing targets. What will you need? 3-5 years production leadership experience - ideally managing team leaders/supervisors Recycling industry experience would be ideal, also plastics is a good crossover.
