We are working with our client, a world-class manufacturing business based in Cramlington, in their search for a Production Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a multinational, established business in a key role where you will be responsible for managing the manufacturing output of assembled products. You also get every other Friday off in this role.
Responsibilities:
Lead the production team to meet KPI's and delivery targets Analyse production data and report to stakeholders accurately Mentor and develop direct reports Implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure employees are trained and up to date Ensure safety standards and company practices are adhered to Communicate goals and objectives to the wider team on a daily/weekly basis and monitor progress
The Person:
Proven track record and experience working as a Production Manager Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience managing up to 150 reports Excellent communication skills
