Role & Responsibilities: Overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are consistently met. Leading a dedicated team to train and supervise, providing guidance and support as necessary. Ensuring the health and safety of shop floor employees and ensuring compliance with all PCL safety rules. Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. Conducting regular inspections to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adaptability to change. Previous experience in Operational / Production Management is essential.
