About You Proven experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager role within a mechanical manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong background in team leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce. Knowledge of fitting and machining processes is a significant advantage. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving results. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring projects run seamlessly.
