Assist in production scheduling and planning to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilisation. Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy to inspire, align, and guide your team toward achieving production excellence. Lead and mentor your team with confidence, nurturing a supportive and united environment that values collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Continuously analyze and improve workflows, identifying efficiencies and resolving challenges swiftly. Key Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining cohesive teams. Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and process optimisation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate individuals at all levels of the business. What’s in it for You?
