The Role

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for manufacturing? As our Production Manager, you'll take the helm of our production operations, driving performance, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute production strategies aligned with company objectives. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production supervisors. Operations Oversight: Ensure all production activities meet schedules and quality benchmarks. Process Optimisation: Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards throughout production. Safety Compliance: Foster a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Budget Management: Oversee the production budget with a focus on cost efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless production flow. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyse production data to identify trends and opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in production management. About you: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-7 years' experience in a production environment, ideally in electronics manufacturing. Demonstrated success in a leadership/management role. Expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning. Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Experience with ERP systems and production software. A proactive approach and a commitment to excellence.
