Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a Production Manager role within the food manufacturing sector. Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on development and performance improvement. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and industry regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
