Are you a Production Manager from a metal or steel background, looking for a varied and autonomous role within a well-established company where you will be provided generous company bonuses, a 12:30pm finish on a Friday and the challenge of managing a team of 50?
On offer is the opportunity to join one of the UK's largest steel suppliers that provide ongoing routes to progress to more senior roles, whilst also offering external courses and qualifications.
Established for nearly a century, this company is a UK leader in cold roll-formed steel sections and structural products, providing a broad range of solutions, including framing systems and cable management.
You will be responsible for leading a busy production team of 50. This will involve driving efficiency of production processes, people management, with a focus on health and safety and monitor continuous improvement.
This role would suit a Production Manager from a metal or steel background looking to step up into a senior leadership role which will offer you autonomy, generous company benefits and routes to progress.
