8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company social events, cycle to work scheme, app for retail discounts, on site parking, private medical, pension scheme We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a team of around 40 people in a fast-paced manufacturing and production role. As the Production Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the manufacturing department of this well-established business in Newhaven. As a Production Manager you will: Lead, manage, and motivate the production team, ensuring performance management processes are in place Work alongside the quality and engineering teams to ensure that products are thoroughly tested and compliant with specifications Support the manufacturing teams with product issues Produce project documentation as necessary Support continuous improvements and lean activities Support on project budgeting and cost management Ensure full compliance with QSHE Skills & experience required: You’ll need previous experience as a Production Manager from within a manufacturing environment Strong team management skills are required Knowledge of quality and health and safety within manufacturing is essential Ideally you’ll hold Six Sigma Green + Salary and benefits: Up to £60K salary 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company social events Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Private Medical Pension Scheme Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
