Production Manager

Role and Responsibilities – This role is incredibly key within the business as you will be organising and controlling all production at the companies headquarters. You will be ensuring that all goods are produced efficiently, on time and within budget to the highest of quality standards. Ensure the Health and safety of all staff is of the highest priority using safe systems of work, risk assessments and other tools to promote a safety first culture within the Production team. Line management of four Team Leaders with a wider Production team of approximately 30 staff. Identify gaps in performance and apply corrective action through training and development where required. Oversight of employee training including identification of training requirements, producing training plans and delivery of training. Experience or Qualifications – Proven experience of leading an assembly production environment. Knowledge of quality systems, KPIs, and safety standards. Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude desired. Experience working within management systems including ISO9001, 14001 and 45001. Candidates who currently are a Production Manager, Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor may be suitable for this position.
