Production Manager

Position: Production Manager Location: Pershore, Worcestershire Job Type: Permanent Working for a company renowned for providing high-quality and innovative engineering products within the mining, construction, recycling, and agricultural machinery industries. Role and Responsibilities – Organise and control all production at the company's headquarters, ensuring that all goods are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget to the highest quality standards. Ensure the health and safety of all staff is of the highest priority using safe systems of work, risk assessments, and other tools to promote a safety-first culture within the Production team. Line management of four Team Leaders with a wider Production team of approximately 30 staff. Identify gaps in performance and apply corrective action through training and development where required. Oversight of employee training including identification of training requirements, producing training plans, and delivery of training. Experience or Qualifications – Proven experience of leading an assembly production environment. Knowledge of quality systems, KPIs, and safety standards. Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude desired. Experience working within management systems including ISO9001, 14001, and 45001. Candidates who are currently a Production Manager, Production Team Leader, or Production Supervisor may be suitable for this position.
