As the Production Manager, you will be using your traits in leadership and LEAN to deliver high-quality products, build teams, improve quality, and essentially improve operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management - lead, motivate and build high-performing teams Production - ensure plans are met safely and within SLAs Health and Safety - build a culture of behavior-based safety within the department Continuous Improvement - manage personal projects and raise awareness and standards across the business As the Production Manager, you will truly have the opportunity to make your mark within the industry as there will be plenty of opportunities for ownership of projects that will result in a positive impact across the business.
