Production Manager
to oversee the UK production of a next-generation autonomous underwater glider platform. In this role, you will manage the full production lifecycle, from prototype to final delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement production processes to scale delivery of the platform. Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met. Oversee team recruitment, resource allocation, and day-to-day production operations. Ensure all products meet rigorous quality and performance standards. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance across the team. Use data to drive continuous improvement and optimise production efficiency. Maintain operational SOPs, test protocols, and other key documentation. About You : Strong background in systems engineering and production management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex production processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
