We’re looking for a Production Manager with great organisational and communication skills who can ensure production targets are met in a complex assembly environment leading from the front and putting in robust processes to ensure OTIF delivery!
If you’ve worked in a CI/Lean type environment even better! You’ll be looking after approximately 35 staff of varying skill levels and will need to demonstrate excellent people skills.

Scheduling of production in line with the master schedule Allocation of work by section/individual Mentoring of Team Leaders Development of processes and CI/Lean exercises to increase efficiency and standardisation Recruitment of additional labour and hiring of temporary labour Production of weekly data for analysis and forward forecasting Ensure H & S is always adhered to Your Skills and Experience:
