Production Manager
Location: Warwick Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Excellent opportunity for a production manager from an engineering & manufacturing background to join a niche, rapidly growing, successful company in a highly varied and interesting role where you can progress your career. The B2C company is well known across Europe for their innovative, bespoke, high-quality products. Through a small restructure and a growing order book, they are now looking for a Production Manager with a strong Health & Safety background to lead their warehouse & production teams. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and manage a team of 14 production staff, as well as the warehouse team, ensuring seamless operations. You will oversee all production from start to shipping while taking ownership of Health, Safety, Compliance, Process Improvement & Innovation. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Production Manager roles within an Engineering & Manufacturing environment Strong background in Health & Safety management, NEBOSH qualifications or similar Experience using SAP systems for production planning and inventory management Experience in Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies Experience within paper manufacturing, printing or photography beneficial Ability to commute to Warwick Responsibilities:
