In this role you will be overseeing a team of 12 within semiconductor production, optimising processes to improve efficiencies adhering to strict quality standards. You will be mentoring, coaching, and involved in the onboarding of new employees, leading the growing team all within a clean and safe working environment. This global design and manufacturing company produce cutting edge electronics products for a range of industries including satellite and aerospace. They have a lustrous history of over 50 years, priding themselves on still being family-run whilst consistently growing the team and product range due to their continued success. This role would suit a Production Manager from a semiconductor background looking to work in an impressive company where they will have a heavy influence in their future success.

The Role: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 12 within semiconductor production Using QMS to ensure ISO standards are adhered to and improving efficiencies Conducting appraisals and onboarding new staff Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
