Serving as the manufacturing floor's go-to person for everyone in need of guidance or assistance. Effective communication with every employee in the company. A factory figurehead. Forecasting. Monitoring productivity reports and recording any pertinent data. Operations management. Taking care of filing-related tasks such as filling lateness and return to work. About you:
Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry would be preferred. IT Literate You may have Lean Management or Six Sigma experience/skills. Experience of managing or supervising a team. Someone who leads by example. Hardworking, who is willing to join a small business to help their growth.
