Lead proactive Kaizen problem-solving efforts and Lean implementation throughout production lines to guarantee systemic enhancement of protocols, standard work, tools, and processes.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life science or engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a production manager.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and proven record of accomplishment in prioritizing and planning production activities.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
