Leadership within the value stream Ensuring all lost time incidents are reported and investigated All risk assessments are carried out and maintained Accountable for all safety incidents Quality
Ensuring quality standards and improvement targets are met and maintained All NCR, 8Ds, A3s (including other QA problem solving tools) and customer complaints are completed and closed out in a timely manner Promote a zero defect culture within the value stream Delivery
Ensure and maintain the correct capacity levels to meet the demand plan Delivery of product within the value stream in line with the MAU demand schedule & KPIs targets Adhere to customer OTIF - On time in full Inventory
Maintain RAW material, WIP and FG to ensure they are in line with MAU inventory policy & KPIs targets Ensure lineside cycle counting is completed in line with MAU inventory policy Ensure ERP material transactions are executed in a timely manner with regards to scrap, obsolescence, and production order management Productivity
Promote & develop a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the value stream Own the current/future value stream maps for the value stream Own the 6S and KAIZEN programs within the value stream Deliver productivity improvements in line with MAU KPIs People
Ensure all training and skills development programs within the value stream are up to date and maintained Promote a culture of high accountability and high engagement Promote a culture of employee empowerment Development and management of the value stream governance model to follow standard work at daily, weekly & monthly levels in alignment with the site's overall governance framework and policy deployment Bring to life each day our HIAB values of caring, reliable and pioneering and demonstrate these behaviors in his/her leadership style Qualification/Requirements
Education:
Degree qualified preferably in engineering or science, or relevant industry experience Lean 6 sigma Black or Green belt is advantageous Desired Experience:
7 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment 3 to 5 years' experience in a management/supervisory role Working knowledge of S&OP & capacity management Competencies:
