We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our dynamic Client. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities include:

Optimize production operations to meet sales demands while minimizing costs and maximizing asset utilization. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer orders. Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to increase asset utilization and reduce downtime. Support the general management of the plant as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business growth. Ensure a safe working environment for all site staff, with a strong focus on health and safety. Develop and maintain a clear understanding of operational performance metrics and ensure all site KPIs are up-to-date. Work closely with production planning, supply chain, commercial, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall business performance. Manage the training, discipline, and appraisal processes for the Manufacturing team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production management or similar role. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations. Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. IOSH or similar health and safety qualification.
