It’s within this successful team at Marley, that we’re recruiting for a Production Operative. What you’ll be doingYou’ll work mainly within the specialist hand-made area of our plant, taking care and consideration to produce concrete fittings that support our high-quality tiles. You'll work as part of a skilled team, mixing concrete and hand-forming the products so passion and pride in your work is essential. You may also be required to provide our site with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting, and other handyperson jobs. Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your shift patterns will be 6am-3pm What you’ll need Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential Good team working spirit Basic IT skills Good level of English, verbal and written A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) would be advantageous Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential) What’s in it for you Our aim is to ensure we meet the needs of each colleague, providing inspiration for everyone to blossom into their best selves.
