Duties will include:
Process SOCs and Production Requests from internal departments and Sales/Internal sales, create routings and raise work orders to manufacture required items and sub-items. Ensure all planned work is scheduled successfully through the Factory Planning scheduling system, liaise with Inventory Controller, Stores, and Materials department to issue and deliver materials to production in a timely manner. Review production schedules and prioritize production processes to meet delivery deadlines. Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve production and delivery issues. Ensure materials are available for production by coordinating with purchasing and inventory control. Monitor shop floor processes and collaborate with departments for adherence to procedure and highlight any opportunities for improvement, including material issues, pick-listing & WO Completions. Control of shop floor documentation. Oversee and develop both push and pull methods to achieve efficient and effective production processes. Monitor and maintain WIP ensuring efficient system processing for raw materials/forgings. STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
