positive and enthusiastic Production Planner

to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills, I want to hear from you! This role requires an open-minded and proactive individual who is ready to contribute to my client's success. Key Responsibilities

Convert planned orders to production orders at the point of kitting. Check for shortages during conversion and advise purchasing, maintaining a spreadsheet of these shortages. Enter site commit dates. Review pick lists for unpicked items, addressing genuine stock issues or CPN/MPN/BOM discrepancies by amending production order component lists and coordinating with stores. Monitor shortage reports and respond to production and customer service enquiries. Assist with stocktakes and resolve production order variances. Support material transactions as needed. To excel in this role, you should have: Previous planning experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with MRP systems (SAP experience is desirable but not essential). High competence in Microsoft Excel (essential). Excellent communication skills. A proactive mindset with a systematic approach to tasks. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
