Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory levels. Analyse production data to identify trends and establish improvement areas. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Align resources and solve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with the production team. Monitor production progress, adjust schedules, and communicate changes to stakeholders. Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Implement production planning best practices, enhancing efficiency and minimising waste. Prepare and present reports on production performance and capacity to management. Support CI initiatives focused on productivity and quality enhancement. To be successfully considered for this position you will need to have proven experience as a Production Planner, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You’ll understand production processes and inventory management, and have analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
