Production Planner Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire £28,000 - £32,000 Per annum Our client is currently expanding and is looking for an experienced production planner to join their growing team. Production Planner Roles and Responsibilities: Develop production workflows for multiple resource centres, ensuring processes are seamlessly integrated and run simultaneously. Implement, oversee, and coordinate all departments to ensure full alignment with the production plan. Recognize the ever-changing nature of business and customer demands. Adapt quickly, continuously adjusting plans and workflows, while effectively communicating updates to all stakeholders. Plan and manage all production operations to maximize efficiency using a real-time production plan. Coordinate with the stores team to ensure timely delivery of components and materials, ensuring alignment with the production schedule. Assess and allocate resources to meet production requirements and fulfill demand. Collaborate with all departments to maintain smooth production flow, ensuring timely dispatch as planned. Notify key personnel of any delays in supply or production, working proactively to minimize disruptions. Monitor and update production planning spreadsheets daily. Identify opportunities for improvement in the production planning process, investigate, propose, and implement changes. Provide support to the Production Manager in fulfilling all reasonable requests. The ideal Production Planner will: Have previous experience working as a Production Planner. Possess knowledge of MRP systems. Have working experience of MS Office Suite including spreadsheet experience. Exhibit excellent mental agility and ability to adapt. Demonstrate good written and verbal communication abilities. Working Hours + Benefits: 4-day working week! Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:30. 25 Days Holiday in addition to Statutory Bank Holidays.
