£41,000 Overview:
Production Planner will report to the Production Planning Manager and work closely with our Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and Check Managers to prepare and administer the relevant work packs and schedules for each aircraft that arrives for maintenance. Responsible for producing effective planned staged task cards to allow effective certification of part completed or completed tasks to meet all Part 145 maintenance regulatory requirements.
The day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to: Supporting the Check Manager to arrange tasks and build an effective Aircraft Project Plan. Generating progress reports. Amending booked hours for aircraft maintenance and noticing errors. Planning aircraft docking and racking requirements. Building the Project Plan Chart. Providing feedback on variations between planned and produced man hours to Estimators. Ensuring appropriate closure of any relevant audit findings. The successful applicant will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience: Previous aviation background and Part 145 awareness. Highly organized and able to manage a changeable workload and priorities. Driven and enthusiastic, with a great team player attitude. IT literate and competent in using MS Office.
