Summary The Production Scheduler is responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the pre-campaign schedule. Perform at least 5/10 (first 5 listed below) to ensure the departmental schedules are accurate and communicated to all relevant departments to drive short term execution of plans. Ensure all schedules are created respecting existing labor and asset capacities and achievable based on planned material availabilities. Drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Create, track and maintain schedules to provide visibility to defined departments to drive short term execution of plans. Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic within relevant constraints and latest information. Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource (facility/suite, equipment, staff, materials etc.) utilization. Ensure all feedback regarding changes to existing plans is incorporated into schedules in a timely manner. Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow optimal use of system scheduling functionality. Generate relevant KPI and operational measures to support identification of trends or root causing of sub-optimal performance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Experience Manufacturing in GMP setting - 5-10 years Area Operations - 0-4 years

Education HS Diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience. B.A. or B.S. in Life Sciences or Education.

Skills Ability to understand and execute significant projects with minimal guidance. Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities. Open to and actively seeks out feedback on performance and translates that feedback into action. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high workload environment, manage multiple projects, and be intrinsically motivated. Proactive, action-oriented, and able to adapt to change. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines with potential workload changes and competing demands. Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report metrics (KPIs) and help identify issues through peers.
