Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm Summary: Hawk3 Talent Solutions is on the lookout for a Production Planner. You will be responsible for completing the daily and future plan for the production processes, ensuring the routing from process to process and considering the changing demands from customers and internal departments. Main duties: Prepare the production schedule and communicate it to the production team with the Production Manager. Ensure delivery dates for raw materials align with the production plan and constantly review. Communicate with raw material suppliers regarding changes to the plan to control stock levels. Review the production schedule and amend it depending on changing customer demands. Communicate with internal departments about the progression of works orders. Skills and experience: Previous planning experience in a fast-paced environment. Use of IT systems including MS Office (Excel and Outlook required). Experience with a manufacturing Planning / MRP package. Excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt and change plans to a changing workload.
