Working a permanent day shift of 39 hours per week, the salary is offered up to £30,000 for the right person, further complimented by an attractive range of employee benefits. Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join a dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of products. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, previous production planning experience and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimise resource utilisation. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources. Analyse production data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet specifications and standards. Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce costs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and address any concerns. Implement and maintain production planning software and tools. Experience: Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production planning principles and practices. Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Benefits: Excellent benefits package.
