Coordinate with different departments to understand their needs and requirements. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to schedules as needed. Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with procurement team to ensure all materials are available for production. Evaluate and report on production metrics, including efficiency and waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Production Planner should have: Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. Excellent knowledge of production software and databases. Good at problem-solving and able to manage complexity. Excellent communication and team working skills. What's on Offer An salary package in the range of £28,000 - 30,000 per year.
