Pertemps Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Planning Administrator to join a reputable business in Lincoln. This full-time position is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The Planning Administrator will be a key player in supporting the planning team by managing documentation, schedules, and communication to ensure smooth production operations.

What will I be doing every day?

Assist in maintaining production schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Prepare, update, and manage planning documentation and records. Liaise with production and supply teams to communicate schedule changes and requirements. Track inventory and monitor supplies to support production schedules. Coordinate meetings, take notes, and distribute planning updates as needed. Provide general administrative support to the planning team, helping with data entry, filing, and reporting.

What skills & experience do I need? Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within a team environment.

How much will I be paid? £22,500 to £23,500 per annum (DOE)

What are the working hours? Monday to Friday starting at 0730. Monday to Thursday finishing at 16:00 and Friday 12:30.
