Shifts: Two shifts availableDays: 06:30 - 16:00, Nights 16:30 - 01:30 You will work up to 5 days per week,

Pay Rates: Starting rate is £12.25 per hour - Day Shift £12.57 per hour - Night Shift and after signing off the training it will be

£12.99 per hour - Day Shift £13.33 per hour - Night Shift Weekly payments.

Position Overview: As a Process Controller you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of machinery and processes within their designated area. The role involves maintaining product quality standards to meet customer requirements, driving continuous improvement in efficiency, ensuring resource optimisation, and supporting team communication and collaboration Temp To Perm - We are looking for individuals who are ready for permanent employment and willing to work full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure machinery and resources are used efficiently.

Maintain product quality to meet customer requirements.

Conduct and record label checks, metal detection, and gas checks as per procedures.

Complete necessary documentation accurately and on time.

Keep the work area clean and organised during and after shifts.

Monitor break times and report any issues.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Attend team meetings and complete assigned tasks.

Identify and support improvements to processes and efficiency.

Perform other duties as required by the Line Manager.

Experience And Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control/assurance within the food industry, preferably in a meat processing or beef production environment.

Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control processes.

Excellent attention to detail, observation skills, and the ability to make informed decisions based on quality assessments.

Proficiency in using quality control tools, equipment, and computer software for data analysis and reporting.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
