In return, the Production Quality Engineer will be offered:

While the general working day will be hugely varied, the main responsibilities of the Production Quality Engineer will be to:

Manage the product from first line through to meeting customer expectations Manage the department's policies and procedures Work closely with other departments to improve products, resolve issues and minimise waste/non-conformities Ensure the positive and cohesive culture is retained

We would be delighted to hear from any improvement and quality focused individuals with a manufacturing/engineering background that are able to implement Quality and Lean manufacturing tools and methodology (8D or Root Cause Analysis or 5Ys and Six Sigma or 5S). The candidate must have a mechanical mindset, be an active problem solver, and must have experience in Process Management. They will be working across all business and customer levels to ensure success and must also be happy to travel around the country and abroad and, as part of this, possess a reliable mode of transportation.
