Production Supervisor
to join their dynamic and growing team. 12-hour continental shifts (rotating days and nights) including weekends Average of 40.25 hours per week 7 out of every 14 days / nights Salary - £40,000 -£42,622 (Negotiable) + Fantastic Market Leading Benefits Package Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising a team of Production, including training, Health & Safety, cleanliness, quality, performance evaluations, projects, and disciplinary actions; Overseeing daily production to meet targets and schedules, monitoring the performance of production lines; Monitoring employee performance and development; Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications through effective quality control measures and adherence to company quality procedures; Identifying and resolving production issues promptly; Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation as required by company policies and regulatory requirements; Having ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required to meet production demands and support business needs. The Person: At least 2+ years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role; Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Possess strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel; Showcase a proven track record of planning, scheduling, and monitoring performance; Demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, and reporting abilities.
