As a Production Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring adherence to daily production plans & checking correct products are produced Confirming H&S guidelines are followed - reducing accidents & potential hazards Liaising with engineers on machine faults or breakdowns, plant performance Observing performance of team/area, identifying opportunities for improvement Addressing any team performance/personal issues & escalating where appropriate Ensuring accurate completion of all team paperwork, information & OEE daily We are looking for a Production Supervisor who has the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience working as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment Previous team lead experience is preferred Confident in addressing performance and having difficult conversations Observant with a natural inquisitive and ambitious nature Previous experience working to shift patterns is helpful Positive, enthusiastic, driven, organised, proactive and inspiring attitude and personality In return, the successful Production Supervisor will receive an hourly rate of up to GBP13.88, with the following benefits:
