Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in heavy manufacturing looking for a new role within a leading manufacturing business in Burton on Trent? As a Production Supervisor, you will supervise a team of 10, including a team leader and operators. This position involves working 12-hour shifts (days and nights rotating), including 1 weekend in 3, offering a salary of £50-55K + quarterly bonus.

The Role:
Responsible and accountable for a team of Production Operatives and Line Operatives, ensuring all operational and production activities are completed accurately. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the efficient operation of the production lines, minimizing downtimes. Conduct quality checks in key areas on a regular basis, taking responsibility for the quality competence across the shift. Development of production team members and operational processes, including safety, quality, environmental, customer service, and cost. Day-to-day management of your operatives, which will include performance management, absence management, and motivation of the team at all times. Suitable Candidate:
