Production Supervisor
to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a key role where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, driving service excellence, and leading a team to optimise production processes. Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety:
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards (HAACP). Conduct factory tours to raise awareness of potential risks. Service Level:
Oversee product quality, timely deliveries, and effective communication of daily targets. Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Report monthly performance and improvement plans to the Site Manager. Leadership:
Lead and motivate Line Leaders to achieve operational goals. Plan resources effectively to meet customer demand. Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate SAP/MIMO usage and KPI reporting. Prepare end-of-day and end-of-week reports. Maintenance & Stock:
Ensure routine maintenance of machinery and full traceability of stock through the production process. Key Requirements: Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and HACCP compliance. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Experience with SAP and KPI reporting is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
