Monday - Friday / Days (37.5 Hours per week) Are you a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background, looking for the next exciting step in your career with a leading engineering company who offers progression & career development opportunities as they continue to expand?
This company is a world-renowned leader within their industry & have offices in over 25 countries. They are now looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 5 - 10 Engineers.
This is a hands-on role where you will be on the shop floor leading/motivating the team and meeting production targets whilst upholding all health and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading small production teams within a manufacturing environment and looking for a role that offers progression into a senior management role within 2 - 3 years with further training & development opportunities.

The Role: Provide guidance and direction to the production floor personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate daily production activities and delegate assignments to production personnel. Control costs and OT budgets by assuring effective use of all resources, materials, and personnel. Ensure product/service quality through proper utilization of resources and adherence to applicable standards/controls. Monitor and enable internal and external customer satisfaction.
