An opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to oversee one of their production facilities in Daventry that assembles components. The minutia of the role includes responsibility for: On-time/On-quality delivery of parts Staff know what they are doing - so are kitted, have works orders, SOP's etc. Part validation (first offs and last offs) Stock checks Implement team Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and personal development plans Employee relation issues working alongside HR The CANDIDATE
The right Site Supervisor/Production Supervisor will possess: Experience managing a production environment Good technical knowledge Strong analytical skills Strong organisational skills Ability to work well in a team environment The Package
