Their dynamic team is dedicated to delivering the best products to their customers, and are looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join them. Your new role As a Production Supervisor, you will maintain the effective and efficient running of the production area, leading and supervising employees to maximise productivity and achieve company objectives. Your responsibilities will include planning and preparing the production area, organising staff, managing lean projects, and ensuring compliance with company rules and procedures. You will also maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and security, supervise and train production staff, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry. Essential qualifications include a Certificate in Food Safety in Manufacturing (Basic Food Hygiene Certificate) Level 2 and a HACCP Qualification. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, and be self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Flexibility in working hours is also required.
