Production Supervisor
to join our busy client in Ferndown. This client is a market leader with a 50-year history within the manufacturing industry.
The position is permanent and can offer an immediate start, with a salary of £30,000 - £33,000 pa DOE. The Production Supervisor will cover a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the factory and production run efficiently.
Key responsibilities for this Production Supervisor role:
Overlooking and running daily operations within the factory Monitoring production schedules and workflows Reviewing and implementing process improvements Ensuring all staff adhere to H&S policies Regularly monitoring and checking machinery and performance outputs Maintaining accurate records People management, handling performance issues Liaising across departments
Requirements to be considered for this Production Supervisor role:
Supervisory experience within manufacturing or production is essential Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication skills
