My client, a leading manufacturer in the SMW industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting final quality assurance inspections for outgoing products, developing and documenting fabrication QA processes, and providing feedback to team members. You will also identify training needs and organise appropriate training sessions, ensuring the safety and skill development of the team.

My client is committed to maintaining a clean and organised work space, and you will collaborate with other charge hands to achieve this goal. Additionally, you will monitor work patterns and adherence to standards, promoting efficiency and productivity throughout the shop floor. Embracing technology is essential, as you will utilise computers for effective coordination and reporting.

As part of the senior shop floor team, you will be vigilant for potential issues, handling them assertively and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Your leadership and interpersonal skills will be crucial to the success of the team, ensuring smooth operations and resolving conflicts when needed.
